Williamsburg, VA

Our friends, Dick and Debbie Howard, invited us to join them
in Williamsburg, Virginia for a week away and golf.
Of course we had to say yes!
Tom flew in from China Sunday night (midnight)
and we headed north Monday at noon.

Dick and Deb had made tee times for three awesome courses.
Tuesday we played the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club.
It was beautiful and very hilly.

Tom and Dick are warming up at the "Horseshoe" course.

The next day we golfed at the Williamsburg National course.
We had a later tee time (11:00) and it was really
getting hot and humid but we still had a great time.

On Wednesday we played a round at the
Ford's Colony Country Club.
The course was a was really fun, a bit easier than the other
courses, but there were still a lot of challenges.

Our last day we spent the day touring Colonial Williamsburg.
I have never been there so the others had fun
being my tour guide. It was humbling trying to picture
what it was like to live back in those times.

We had to be a bit silly....

It was a wonderful week with great friends, wonderful golfing, and too much food.
My spinning bike is calling my name.
