HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUINTEN

HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUINTEN

It seems like just yesterday that you were
laying in your crib:
Or stuffing your face with birthday cake.
(Quinten's first birthday)
But then as you grew up you had to try a lot of new things
like football. But that didn't last very long...
(middle school football)
because you found your talent in swimming
and doing all the goofy things swimmers do.

Matt and Quinten preparing for their Sectional meet.

Whether it was varsity swimming or YMCA you
had great friends to help you reach you goals.
Your breaststroke record still stands!!!

You also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout when
you were 14 years old. You were known as the
"Bald Eagle"
(Ryan, Quinten and Matt)

But what you really excelled at and still enjoy is
golfing.

We are sure proud of all of your accomplishments
from sports to academic...

But we were really proud when you entered the
MTC to serve a mission in Paraguay
 (Quinten and Opa)

AND mostly when you married Kate and now have
those three darling grandchildren.

But we know that what you really enjoy doing is coming home, turning on the tube AND...

It's become a family joke that this is your favorite thing to do. But after a long day of work, playing with the kids and helping Kate around the house you probably deserve a few Z's on the couch.

Have a great and very happy day and know we love you.

What a lovely tribute! I know that must have taken a LONG time to put together and post. It's awesome! Happy bday to my main squeeze. :)

Great post, Karen. You know what's funny? That same guy took me to the MTC.
