4th of July with Nick and Jenny

Nicholas and Jenny came to spend the 4th of July

weekend with us.

You can't come and visit the planation

without playing some golf.

We actually played in the 4th of July Tournament.

We only placed 7th, but had a fun time.

It was really hot and humid, but that's North Carolina.

Nice cold shower and a/c put them

to sleep.

Another day of golf...

We went to Elizabeth City to try a different

course called The Pines.

It was really a nice course

but again very hot and humid.

Jenny and Nick in the conventional golf cart...

Now this is a golf cart for the hot and humid weather.

It's hard to see, but the golf bag holders are on the back

with the sand bottles. I'm not sure I would be

able to get out of the a/c to go and hit my next shot.

Off to a Mexican restaurant.
