Our last day with the boys was packed with adventures.
We got up early to go out in the sound for a canoe ride.
Tyson and Sam were trying on life jackets.
Sam made a good choice but Tyson's
was a bit too small
Loading the canoe
After canoeing for several miles we docked
at a boat launch so the boys could swim.
They swam out to the buoy but them it started to
turn around (with the current) and the boys
got spooked. They sure swam back quickly.

After we got back we ate lunch and then drove into
Elizabeth City to go and see the movie TURBO. It
was a really funny show. I'm usually not into
animated movies, but this one was good.
When we got home the boys wanted to go fishing
before dinner. So they hopped in the golf cart and
went to the pond.
Tyson caught this large bass. Sam wasn't able
to catch anything but he also found some
other things to do.
Well it has been a great ten days. We will leave in the morning to take the boys to Raleigh so they can fly home. The house will surely be quiet after they are gone. And that's not a good thing, although my body is looking forward to some extra sleep.
Thanks Tyson and Sam for a wonderful visit. We hope you can come back really soon.
