I just wanted to share a few photos of some amazing rooms in some of the homes we looked at today.
In the last house we looked out in the basement was an awesome video room. You will see it in the last photo. Anyway you turn to the left out of that room and you see this playroom with a built-in playhouse.
This is really huge.
As you can see Tom is standing inside. Also inside there are tiny over-stuffed chairs that face the back wall of the house where there is a video set-up where the kids can watch videos. Could you imagine your kids in this room?
This is one example of the FULL kitchens we found in the basements of various homes. They were sometimes better than the upstairs kitchen.

This is the video room that goes along with the playroom above. To the left is an awesome "bar" kitchen area. This house had 5 bedrooms on the second floor and a huge bedroom bathroom in the basement.I meant to have this post after the next post but things didn't work out that way. Holy cow! What a dream for the kids! But totally impractical. Those full basement kitchens are interesting.
The house with the playhouse and awesome video room is MLS#1120011. It is a great house but many things like the wood floor would need to be redone and notice the kitchen. The island back is cheap. This was the model home for the area. P&Gers own it. But 5 bedrooms up and 1 in the basement - too much.
Okay now my opinion has changed. i still love gregory but the basements in the others houses are to die for. I love the video room in the one. Buy that one!!!
